TOEFL? 1.The Independent Writing Task

The Official Guide to the TOEFl test, созданном Educational Testing Service.

Задание может звучать так: «Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People are never satisfied with what they have; they always want something more or something different.»
  2. Эссе может также быть сформулировано в форме личного вопроса к вам, например: « In your opinion, what is the most important characteristic (for example, honesty, intelligence, a sense of humor) that a person can have to be successful in life?»
Примером такого сочинения может быть подобная тема: «Imagine that you have received some land to use as you wish. How would you use this land?».
  4. Последним видом сочинения, который может вам достаться в формате TOEFl, может быть эссе на тему сравнения двух ситуаций, например: «Some people believe that the best way of learning about life is by listening to the advice of family and friends. Other people believe that the best way of learning about life is through personal experience.»
